1. Price
1.1. The prices of the goods will be as quoted on the Website from time to time. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

1.3. The Website contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled .
2. Payment
2.1. Payments must be made in INR only. Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways: Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking. These payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
3. Orders
3.1. All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an Order with SKINMINDS, the Customer will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update email(s). Receipt of the acknowledgement and these emails does not confirm that the Order has been accepted by SKINMINDS. Order acceptance and the creation of the contract between SKINMINDS and the Customer will start at the time the products ordered by the Customer are dispatched from SKINMINDS’s warehouse to be delivered to the address supplied by the Customer.
3.2. SKINMINDS will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of the Customer’s Order and payment secure, unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Delivery
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when available. SKINMINDS cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the carrier or any other third party.
5. Shipping
5.1. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
5.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. 6. Returns Procedure
6.1. Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. SKINMINDS accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified
6.2. In the event of an order being lost by a third party, SKINMINDS bears no risk once it has left their premises. Where goods have been received damaged, a exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 10 days of receipt to the SKINMINDS trading address.
6.3. SKINMINDS has the right to refuse any application. Any exchange given is at the discretion of the management of SKINMINDS. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution.
8.3. In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to SKINMINDS before the replacement can be issued. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your replacement within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the replacement to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 30 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a replacement for the defective product.
There is no provision of refund. Only damaged product can be replaced.
8.4. In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is not entitled to a replacement or refund
7. Cancellations
Cancellations of an order will happen only if it has not left our premises and has not submitted to delivery Company. In case it has been submitted to delivery partner, cancellation of order will not be possible.
8. Our Liability
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
9. Your Account
This Site is directed to be used by adults only. We assume that any minor, if at all, accessing our Site is under the supervision of their guardians. SKINMINDS do not knowingly collect information from minors. You will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, password, and restricting access to your computer, and you hereby accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. a. belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
b. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;

We undertake no liability for the product quality or efficacy, and users understand and agree that any product quality, quantity or safety related issue will be directly taken up with the manufacturer and in no case SkinMinds will be made a party to the dispute.
